When you listen to The Corrs new album In Blue, you may find yourself calm or in a breathless state. You can measure this by your body heat.  If you are calm, your heat goes to your extremities; when you're breathless, body heat could draw inward.

To use this card:
Hold your thumb on the indicator for a count of 10.  The indicator will turn one of the 4 colors indicated on the front.

To get your breath back, keep listening to The Corrs:
1. Tighten your fist and count to ten
2. Take a deep breath and hold it for a count of 10, let it out as your body goes loose and limp
3. With each breath, let go of tension
4. Imagine yourself in the warm sun, with The Corrs playing, until you feel warmth coming into your hands.
